Holders and/or purchasers of the NFT-Tokens and associated artwork are subject to the Terms and Conditions available on the website.
The NFT-Tokens offered by the Project are non-fungible tokens representing ownership of digital artwork only. Accordingly, no information on this website (or any other documents mentioned therein) is or may be considered advice or an invitation to enter into an agreement for any investment purpose. Furthermore, as NFT-Tokens represent artwork, nothing on this website qualifies or is intended to be an offering of securities in any jurisdiction, nor does it constitute an offer or an invitation to purchase shares, securities, or other financial products.
Due to the artistic nature of the project, neither this document nor the NFT-Tokens have been registered with or approved by any regulator in any jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase of the NFT-Token and the associated art is in compliance with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We undertake no obligation to publicly update or revise any information or opinions published on the website. We reserve the right to amend the information at any time without prior notice.
The Project is not an airline or a private jet broker. The Project acts as an intermediary: We facilitate the process of connecting you with private jet brokers and partners to provide you with personalized quotes, access to empty legs, and concierge services. While we do not directly provide aviation services like charter flights or brokerage, we securely share/forward all booking information to our trusted private jet brokers and partners. We are not an aircraft operator, or a direct air carrier and are not in operational control of any aircraft. Flights will be operated by a direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier, as applicable, which will have operational control of the aircraft.
The Project is not a travel retailer (travel agency) or a travel wholesaler (tour operator) as defined by the Travel Industry Act, 2002. We do not sell travel services provided by other entities to consumers, nor do we acquire rights to travel services for resale to travel agents. Our role is strictly limited to facilitating connections between users and private jet brokers and partners for personalized quotes, empty legs, and concierge services.
Please note that the Project does not accept payments directly from users for private jet charter services and concierge services or any related transactions. Instead, payments for services rendered will be handled directly by our trusted and partnered private jet brokers and partners. Additionally, the charter services and related offerings are provided by these private jet brokers and partners. Users will be guided by the private jet brokers and partners regarding their preferred payment methods, terms, and conditions. The Project acts solely as an intermediary in connecting users with private jet brokers and partners, and the services provided are the responsibility of the brokers themselves. The Project does not have access to or control over the financial transactions or the provision of services between users and the brokers.
The NFT assets offered by the Project are fictional art depictions of private jets with made-up names and made-up characteristics, created solely as digital artworks. They do not represent any real-world airline or aircraft manufacturers or their products. The art depictions and names portrayed within the NFT assets are purely artistic and bear no association with existing entities or products. The Project and its associated parties explicitly state that there is no endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or association with any airline or aircraft manufacturers. The NFT assets should be interpreted as artistic representations only and should not be misconstrued as depictions of real-world aircrafts or endorsements by any airline or aircraft manufacturers.
If you wish to receive notifications by email regarding custom quotes, empty legs, and other charter or concierge services, you will need to provide your contact information and consent to receive such communications. Please note that providing your information does not guarantee any specific offers or availability of services.
All purchases of NFT assets from the Project are final and non-refundable. Once the transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed, and no refunds will be provided. Please consider your purchase carefully before proceeding.
Although our partners are trusted leading companies with all necessary certifications, it's important to note that the Project does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the services provided by the partnered private jet brokers and partners. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or quality of the services they offer.

You understand that these secondary marketplaces operate independently and have their own terms and conditions governing the buying, selling, and trading of NFTs. The Crypto Jets Club project does not have control over these secondary marketplaces, and any transactions or interactions on these platforms are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. The Crypto Jets Club project shall not be held responsible for any issues, disputes, or losses arising from transactions conducted on secondary marketplaces.
Tech 71, registered in Canada is the driving force behind Crypto Jets Club. Tech 71 holds ownership of the website and associated artwork. All intellectual property rights, encompassing copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights pertaining to the website, and associated artwork, are held by Tech 71. Any usage, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the website, or associated artwork without acquiring proper permissions from Tech 71 is strictly prohibited.
Holders of the NFTs are granted access to custom quotes, empty legs, and competitive hourly rates through our partnered private jet brokers. However, we are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of these services and we do not guarantee the quality or safety of any flights, transportation, or concierge services booked through our partners.
The NFTs and associated artwork are sold "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether expressed, implied or statutory, regarding the NFTs and associated artwork.
All purchases of the NFTs are final and non-refundable.
By opting to obtain quotes or utilize the utility, NFT holders consent to sharing their email, name, phone number, and booking details with us. This information will solely be utilized to facilitate communication with our affiliated private jet brokers, who will offer tailored quotes, empty legs, and concierge services to the holders.
We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using the NFTs or associated services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, or any other direct or indirect damages.
Each holder of Crypto Jets Club NFTs is personally and fully responsible for any and all tax obligations, whether at the federal or state /provincial level, that may arise, be imposed, or enforced based on their respective residency and applicable laws. These tax liabilities are applicable to the minting or reselling of Crypto Jets Club NFTs.
Limitations of Liability for Gas, Failed Transactions, Smart Contract Bugs By participating in minting Crypto Jets Club NFTs, holders agree to release the project's Creative Team from any liability for losses incurred as a result of minting an NFT. Such losses may include gas fees for failed transactions, excessive gas fees resulting from website or smart contract bugs, and loss of any NFT due to website or smart contract bugs.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with the NFTs or associated services shall be governed by the laws of Canada, and shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Canada, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
By purchasing the NFTs, holders agree to these terms and conditions and any amendments that may be made in the future. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
While Crypto Jets Club boasts a collection of 7777 NFTs, please be aware that owning an NFT from our collection or a physical collectible does not guarantee specific benefits or future promises beyond owning the NFT itself. Although we strive to offer a unique and valuable experience to our community, we cannot assure the fulfillment of every outlined plan or feature, as projects and ideas may evolve over time. Your purchase of an NFT from our collection signifies ownership of the associated artwork, and any additional benefits or features introduced in the future are considered supplementary to the initial purchase.
By using this website and participating in our NFT launch and mint, you acknowledge that you are not relying on any future commitments or guarantees beyond NFT ownership. This also applies to Physical Collectibles, which are primarily for enjoyment and collectability and may or may not have future utility, our Web3 Booking App, utility/concierge services, and AR activation.
By participating in the Crypto Jets Club project, you agree to waive any class action status and agree that any legal disputes, claims, or controversies that may arise in connection with the project shall be resolved on an individual basis. You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any claims or disputes you may have with the Crypto Jets Club project and that you will not bring or participate in any class action, collective, or representative action against the Crypto Jets Club project, its creators, owners, or affiliates.
